I started this business with a mission. I want each individual to know that they are important. My goal is to create a safe space that fosters REAL conversations about mental health.
As someone with diagnosed depression and anxiety, I know that the weight of the world can feel like a lot. I know what it’s like to have trouble getting out of bed. I know how intrusive thoughts feel.
I’m here to remind you that you don’t have to carry it all alone. It’s okay to have feelings, to struggle, and to fight every day to stay alive. Someone is glad you exist. My stickers, pins, drink ware, and apparel were designed with you in mind.
Self care isn’t just taking a bubble bath. Self-care begins with positive self-talk, advocating for your needs, and maintaining boundaries.
The products I draw, print or paint are created to promote real self-care, and to spread the word in communities all over the United States (+ Canada)!
I hope my designs can remind you that you are important, it’s alright to laugh, and you don’t have to be okay all of the time. It’s okay to ask for help; therapy is cool; medications can really help; and my therapist knows about all of you.
Let’s work together to reduce stigma, and promote mental health.
Do no harm, but take no shit.
Mental health awareness is a passion of mine. As a licensed social worker and mental health provider, I hope to foster dialogue about mental illness—the misconceptions, the harmful comments, boundaries— and encourage others to treat psychological health the same way we treat physical health. We need to do better.
